Additional Services
In addition to your Local Authority, there are other approvals that may be required:-
Build Over Agreement
If you intend to build over a public (shared) sewer, you will need to apply to the relevant water company for their approval. This involves providing detailed drawings and is a service I can provide.
Party Wall Agreements
If your building works involve excavation within 6 metres of your neighbour's property or works to a party wall, you will need to issue Party Wall Notices. I am a member of the P&T Society and can provide this service for you.
Fees
I will normally provide a fixed fee to help you budget your project. I am always happy to provide a few sketches showing various optional layouts, this is included in my fee. Please note I have comprehensive Professional Indemnity insurance. My fees do not include VAT as I am below the threshold.
